The Peoria Heights Zoning Board of Appeals will meet Monday, June 21, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 4901 N. Prospect Road, Peoria Heights, Illinois.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following requests:
1. Variance application filed by William and Rebecca Cochran seeking approval of a fence variance to allow construction of a front yard fence on a corner lot, which will be located less than 10 feet from the property line abutting the street, which is less than required by Section 10-4-7(D)(1)(b) of the Village Code for the property located at 5813 N. Galena Road, Peoria Heights, Illinois, 61616 (PIN No. 14-14-351-001), which property is current zoned R-1 (Low Density Residential District).
3. Special Use application filed by Jacob Davenport / Davenport, LLC seeking a special use for installation of a digital electronic multiple message sign pursuant to Section 9-4-10(E) of the Village Code for the property located at 4301 - 4303 N. Prospect Road, Peoria Heights, Illinois, 61616 (PIN No. 14-22-382-019), which property is currently zoned B-2 (General Retail Business District).
